For each 1% <strong>of</strong>contribution paid by <strong>the</strong> employee, up <strong>to</strong> a maximum <strong>of</strong> 7%, <strong>the</strong> employerwill pay a contribution equivalent <strong>to</strong> double <strong>the</strong> amountIn addition <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> eight Bank and Public Holidays DBF employees areentitled <strong>to</strong> 5 weeks annual leave in any year. Part time employees areentitled <strong>to</strong> a pro-rata <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> above based on <strong>the</strong>ir working weekA mileage allowance will be paid in respect <strong>of</strong> journeys undertaken inconnection with <strong>the</strong> duties <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> post (currently 40p per mile for <strong>the</strong> first10,000 miles)NON CONTRACTUAL BENEFITSHealth ScreeningPas<strong>to</strong>ral CareFree health screening is currently <strong>of</strong>fered for all those who receive anincome from <strong>the</strong> <strong>Diocese</strong>Our Diocesan Adviser and Co-ordina<strong>to</strong>r <strong>of</strong> Pas<strong>to</strong>ral Care <strong>of</strong>fers <strong>the</strong> space<strong>to</strong> talk through pas<strong>to</strong>ral, pr<strong>of</strong>essional or personal matters and can provideor arrange counselling and or mediation if required
