7How do I get my prescriptions filled by theMail Order Pharmacy?For certain kinds of drugs, you can use the plan’s networkmail-order services. Generally, the drugs available throughmail order are drugs that you take on a regular basis, for achronic or long-term medical condition. The drugsavailable through our plan’s mail-order service are markedas “mail-order” drugs in our Drug List.Our plan’s mail-order service requires you to order a90-day supply.To get forms and information about filling your 90-daysupply prescriptions by mail call Member Services at1-877-577-0115 (TTY 711). If you use a mail orderpharmacy not in the plan’s network, your prescriptionwill not be covered.Usually a mail-order pharmacy order will get to you in nomore than 10 days. In the event your mail-order pharmacyprescription is delayed, the plan will work with yourphysician to obtain a temporary supply of your medicationthat you may pick up at a local retail pharmacy.How do I get my prescriptions filled if I ama resident of a Long Term Facility?Residents of a long-term care facility may access theirprescription drugs covered under <strong>Simply</strong> <strong>Healthcare</strong> <strong>Plans</strong>through the facility’s long-term care pharmacy or anothernetwork long-term care pharmacy. To get additionalinformation on long-term care pharmacy services, pleasecontact our Member Services Department for assistance at1-877-577-0115. From October 1, 2012 through February14, 2013 our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7days a week. From February 15, 2013 until September 30,2013 our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 8 p.m. You may leave us a voice mail messageafter-hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and we willreturn your call the next business day.
