CTRA made this strategic move to enter healthcare business considering the<br />

rise of Indonesian prosperity, making health care more affordable aff to a lot<br />

more people. CTRA sees that there is potential ial in this business line so the<br />

company strategizes to build more hospitals within its existing township<br />

developments to serve projects’ residents so as to enhance the project’s<br />

facilities and therefore its value. In the future, this business line is anticipated to act as a new profit center for the<br />

company.<br />

Ciputra Hospital provides superior, rior, sincere and professional services in pediatrics, mid-wifery, wifery, fetomaternity, surgery<br />

(general, orthopedic, oral), dentistry, optometry, ENT, neurology, cardiology, dermatology, neurology, physiotherapy,<br />

acupuncture, medical check-up up and emergency services. Teamed with a general laboratory, radiology laboratory and<br />

pharmacy as well as other commercial facilities such as ATM’s this hospital is anticipated to be one of the most sought<br />

after hospital in CitraRaya.<br />

Ciputra swapped shares with its<br />

affiliate<br />

Jakarta – On 3 November 2011, <strong>PT</strong> Ciputra<br />

Development Tbk and its subsidiary, New<br />

Strength Limited swapped their ownership<br />

in Ridge Capital Enterprises Limited and<br />

Deaumont Investments Limited to shares of<br />

International City Developments Ltd<br />

(“ICD”). ICD is a Singapore based affiliate of<br />

CTRA currently developing township<br />

projects in Ha Noi, Vietnam and Phnom<br />

Penh, Cambodia.<br />

CTRA swapped a total number of 3,325<br />

shares in both Ridge and Deaumont to<br />

2,276,610 shares in ICD, while New<br />

Strength Ltd. is swapping 13,300 shares in<br />

both Ridge and Deaumont for 9,106,450<br />

shares in ICD. In other words, CTRA is<br />

swapping its 33.25% stake in Grand<br />

Shenyang International City to a 7.27%<br />

stake in ICD.<br />

This share swap was conducted in the hope<br />

that the grouping of all overseas projects<br />

under the umbrella of ICD will increase the<br />

group’s overall efficiency.<br />

Tangerang – The start of November marked the commencement of Ciputra Ci<br />

Hospital’s operation. The soft-launch of this 126 ward hospital serving<br />

residents of CitraRaya and its surroundings, also marked the expansion of <strong>PT</strong><br />

Ciputra Development Tbk (“CTRA”)into into the healthcare business. business<br />

Ciputra Golf Surabaya received two<br />

MURI awards<br />

16 th anniversary on 5<br />

November 2011,<br />

Ciputra Golf, Club<br />

and Hotel was<br />

awarded a MURI<br />

(Indonesian Museum<br />

of World Records) record for having the most<br />

number of bunkers at hole 25 par 3 and the largest<br />

area of green at hole 26 with an area of 1,398 m2.<br />

Most Indonesian golf courses have an average of 6<br />

bunkers and a 700-900 m2 green area.<br />

These awards were given by MURI’s Senior<br />

Manager, Paulus Pangka, who stated that MURI is<br />

also discussing another potential record for Ciputra<br />

Golf’s anniversary competition, as part of its<br />

“Metamorfiesta” themed celebration, for involving<br />

900 golfers and 6 shotgun starts. At this<br />

competition, participants are able to experience the<br />

golf course’s recently renovated courses designed<br />

by Tristan Frashner.<br />

CitraLand Surabaya Launched Gateway Junction Shop Houses<br />

Surabaya – In November, CitraLand Surabaya launched a limited number of shop<br />

houses at Gateway Junction. With building areas ranging at 285 to 429 sqm, these<br />

pristine 3 storey shop houses are located on the project’s main road, near<br />

residential houses, CitraLand’s main gate, Ciputra School and GWalk. The strategic<br />

location at which the shop houses are located ensure ease of finding and therefore<br />

a large number of passing traffic, which attracts potential customers. The complex<br />

is also equipped with sufficient parking spaces, increasing ease of access and<br />

therefore attractiveness to customers.<br />

open house held on Sunday 6, 13 and 20th<br />

November. Cassandra is a product which is<br />

part of the Stamford Place cluster, one of<br />

the project’s most strategically located<br />

efficiency. At the open house events, CitraLand Surabaya cooperated with a bank<br />

to provide a special mortgage deal for customers entering into a transaction at the<br />

event in the form of low deposit at 5% and interest rate at 5.4%.<br />

A Water Park is to Complete CitraLand City<br />

Samarinda’s Facilities<br />

Samarinda – On Friday, 11 November 2011, CitraLand City<br />

Samarinda held a ground breaking event on the site of an<br />

anticipated Water Park attended by <strong>PT</strong> Ciputra Graha Mitra<br />

(CGM)’s directors: Cakra Ciputra and Hendry Nurhalim, CGM’s<br />

business partners as well as project residents. This development is<br />

estimated to cost Rp 30 billion and to be completed June 2012.<br />

Along with the water park consisting of various pools such as; kiddy<br />

pool and dry pool completed with slides and other water<br />

attractions; a manmade lake, “Ballerina Lake” will be built. At<br />

Ballerina Lake, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy rides such<br />

as quad bikes and swan water bicycles. A jogging track will also be<br />

built surrounding the lake for public use.<br />

Ciputra Group Shows Appreciation to Customers with a Prize Draw<br />

Jakarta – As part of the celebration of Ciputra Group’s 30 th anniversary, the group is holding a prize draw with a total<br />

prize of Rp 10 billion. Every Rp 30 million spent on any Ciputra Group product (i.e. house, shop house, apartment,<br />

warehouse and strata- title office) between 15 November 2011 and 14 November 2012 gives customers one entry in the<br />

draw, provided they have paid 20% deposit of their purchase.<br />

Over 100 periodical prizes worth Rp 200 million, Rp 30 million and Rp 7.5 million are drawn at the end of 3 four month<br />

periods ending on 14 March 2012, 14 July 2012 and 14 November, while the grand prizes are drawn on 30 November<br />

Ciputra World Surabaya’s November Events<br />

Surabaya – November was filled with events at the newly opened Ciputra World Surabaya (CWS) Mall. Starting on 10<br />

November when, to commemorate Surabaya youths’ bravery and perseverance to defend their city on 10 November<br />

1945, Surabaya City Councils and Ciputra Group initiated Surabaya’s 100 Young Entrepreneurs program. The systematic<br />

program designed to hone Surabaya youths’ entrepreneurial spirit and skills as well as to shape their mindset so that<br />

they channel their energy for activities or acts valuable to the community was initiated by Surabaya’s mayor, Tri<br />

Rismaharani at CWS Mall’s Exhibition area. At this venue, 35 young artists’ works and selected community produced<br />

products are showcased at an exhibition between 10 and 13 November.<br />

On Friday, 11 November, K!rkos Bar and Restaurant, Surabaya urbanites’ new hot spot held a grand opening event<br />

enlivened by up and coming R&B singer, Raisa Andriana. While on the rest of the weekend (12 – 13 November 2011),<br />

the mall hosted a scrapbooking workshop with Jasmine Low and Emmeline Street from Singapore.<br />

On the following week, starting 15 November, CWS Mall offered a free XXI movie ticket for every lunch purchase<br />

exceeding Rp 100,000 on Monday to Thursday for a month through its “Lunchaholic” promotion. CWS visitors are<br />

spoiled to a rich selection of various cuisines at CWS’s V-Walk and Food Wave dining areas.<br />

On the last weekend of the month, CWS visitors enjoyed musical entertainment from ADSOR (Ahmad Dhani School of<br />

Rock) who held an acoustic festival at the mall.<br />

Recap on Project Launches<br />

In the month of November, <strong>PT</strong> Ciputra Property launched the 88 exclusive residence units at its Ciputra World I<br />

development. The month’s sales totaled Rp 70 billion or 52% of the project’s annual target.<br />

With the launch of Raffles Residences, <strong>PT</strong> Ciputra Development is preparing for the launch of four more projects:<br />

CitraLand Tegal, BizPark CE Banjarmasin, CitraGrand Jogjakarta and The Cedar Apartments of Ciputra World II.
