<strong>ECOSTATIC</strong> <strong>SYSTEM</strong><strong>FITTING</strong> <strong>PROCEDURE</strong> <strong>GUIDELINES</strong>Apply Loctite to all 6 bolts.Insert the 3 segments inside the tyre and put the wedges and wedge bolts in place to connect the 3segments (4 to 5 threads). You may use a cord (RFI 020) to make it easier to put the last 2 segmentsin place.


Place the tyre around the wheel rim ensuring that the valve is between 2 segments. Lift the top beadof the tyre (ideally with bead spreader RFI 016) whilst keeping the RunFlat in contact with to thebottom bead. Tighten wedge bolts to 30Nm (16”-16.5”) or 80Nm (20”-22.5”). Place the clampingplate and tighten up the clamping bolts.
