EuropeanCommissionInternational Cooperation underHorizon 2020• International cooperation will be a cross-cutting issue in H2020• The approach will be similar to the current practice and mayinclude a general opening of the programme, targeted openings,horizontal actions on international cooperation and coordinatedcalls• Collaborative actions with specific third countries or their groupswill be implemented on the basis of common interest and mutualbenefit• Reciprocal access to third country programmes will be encouraged• Changes will be made to the ICPC list, or its concept as such,potentially excluding certain middle income countries (e.g. BRICs)from that list.
