Complete the Common Educational Proficiency Assessment (CEPA) to thestandard as prescribed in the HCT Admission Policy and Program Regulations.3. Required Admission Levelsa. HCT Admission Index of 90 or greaterORb. CEPA English score of 175 with writing band 5 or equivalentc. CEPA Math score of 170 or greater, or equivalentd. ICDL or equivalentORe. Students who do not meet the required levels for English, Mathematicsand IT can be placed at an appropriate level in the HCT FoundationsStudies Program.HCT Higher Diploma programs prepare graduates for entry-level positions within theirfield of study.
