NOTICE OF MEETINGYAKIMA COUNTY CANVASSING BOARDThe <strong>Yakima</strong> <strong>County</strong> Canvassing Board, or its duly authorized representatives, per RCW29A.60.140, will convene at 9:00 a.m., October 26, 2009, for the purpose <strong>of</strong> opening andcanvassing mail ballots cast for the November 3, 2009 General Election, pursuant to RCW29A.40.110.Additional meetings will be held October 27-November 23, or as necessary, until all validmail ballots are opened and inspected, whichever comes first. On these dates the meeting willbegin at 9:00 a.m. and end when the opening and canvassing is completed for that day.Signature verification is done daily upon receipt <strong>of</strong> ballots at the <strong>Yakima</strong> <strong>County</strong> Auditor’sOffice, <strong>Yakima</strong> <strong>County</strong> Courthouse, Room 117.
