Becky successfully completed The NewYork half-marathon (13.1 miles) on Sunday, March 20.This was Becky’s first Marathon and she completed the runin 2hrs 33min 24 sec. The run went through Central Park,Times Square, down the West Side Highway and ended atBattery Park.Becky trained for 16 weeks with a group of 19 otherindividuals. Her group raised money for the Leukemia andLymphoma Foundation. Each member of the group had toraise at least $2,000 to be able to participate in the marathon.We are proud to say that Becky exceeded her goal.People say that a marathon can get into your bloodand become addicting.
