Thefee covers the cost of Kiddush meal, kitchen usage, and Kiddush room for 30congregants. <strong>Temple</strong> makes all meal arrangements.$375Kiddush Room (Seating Capacity of 40)• Rental alone (includes 1 day in kitchen with tables & chairs) $150• Rental with Social Hall No chargeFunction Security DepositSecurity deposit due upon contract signing will be returned after Functionassuming no breakage or any other kitchen damage. An itemized accounting of the securitydeposit funds will be sent within 7 days if any damage has been determined as a result of theaffair/event. Damage in excess of the security deposit will be invoiced and due upon receipt.$200returned if no breakage or damage• Payment of 25% of the contract fee is due upon contract signing. All contracts and fees duemust be signed and paid within 60 days of the affair/event date or the affair/event is subject tocancellation.• When both a Kiddush and evening function are being held, the Kiddush must be paper goods only (ifaccommodated) and the hall must be vacated by 2:00 pm to allow for proper setup for the eveningreception.• All accommodators and Caterers must be approved by the Rabbi. Any person or organization using thetemple facilities must coordinate the times of setting up the respective function with the temple office.• $100 service fee will be charged if the celebrant desires to bring in rental chairs for the functionRevised: October 14, 2009
