(<strong>Haydon</strong>) is aware of the EU legislation controlling and restrictingcertain chemical elements under the <strong>REACH</strong> (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction ofChemicals) program. <strong>Haydon</strong> is a supplier of articles, products that do not “intentionally release”chemicals, and there<strong>for</strong>e we are not bound <strong>by</strong> the <strong>REACH</strong> regulation regarding chemical registration(Note: we do not produce or distribute stand alone chemicals or preparations). The EuropeanChemicals Agency (ECHA) currently has a candidate list (shown below) of (84) substances of very highconcern (SVHC) which was amended as of June 18, 2012.
