(Haydon) is aware of the EU legislation controlling and restrictingcertain chemical elements under the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction ofChemicals) program. Haydon is a supplier of articles, products that do not “intentionally release”chemicals, and therefore we are not bound by the REACH regulation regarding chemical registration(Note: we do not produce or distribute stand alone chemicals or preparations). The EuropeanChemicals Agency (ECHA) currently has a candidate list (shown below) of (84) substances of very highconcern (SVHC) which was amended as of June 18, 2012. We declare; to the best of our knowledge;that our motor, lead screw assembly and motorized linear slide products do not contain any of thesesubstances in concentrations in excess of 0.1% weight by article.
