Provide for small Retail Shops, Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Bars, Lounges, GiftShops, Professional Office, and Service Facilities in convenient locations where there isadequate access to Principal or Minor arterial roads or highways, in order to meet theneeds of the residents and visitors in community.
