Accommodation rooms are limited and allocation will bestrictly on first-come first-serve basis. As this is a busy time in Adelaide weencourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible to avoiddisappointment.Booking and DepositTo make a booking please complete the relevant section on the registrationform and forward an amount equal to one night’s accommodation rate,to All Occasions Management. Amounts sent greater than the first night’sdeposit for accommodation will be returned. Delegates will then beresponsible for settling their final account with the hotel at check out.Arrival TimeHotel check in time is 2.00pm. If you arrive prior to this time your roommay not be available. To guarantee a room for an early arrival you willneed to book for the previous night.Late ArrivalsPlease indicate on your booking form or notify All Occasions Managementin writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 6.00pm on the day ofarrival. Failure to do so may result in your room being released.The accommodation deposit will be forfeited should you not arrive on thedate for which you have booked.
