4 Admin: what you need to knowThe information in this section is designed to give anoverview of the processes involved in administeringthis qualification so that you can speak to your examsofficer. All of the following processes require you tosubmit something to OCR by a specific deadline. Moreinformation about these processes, together withthe deadlines, can be found in the OCR Admin Guide<strong>and</strong> Entry Codes: 14–19 Qualifications, which can bedownloaded from the OCR website: www.ocr.org.uk.4a. Pre-assessmentEstimated entriesEstimated entries are your best projection of thenumber of learners who will be entered for aqualification in a particular series.
