This course is <strong>for</strong>: Anyone who wants to learn how to apply gel nail extentions.<br />
What will I learn? You will learn the function and the structure <strong>of</strong> the nail and how to apply nail extensions<br />
with a gel overlay.<br />
How long is the course? There will be 5 sessions running over 5 weeks with 1 evening session per week.<br />
Knowledge and skills needed: No knowledge <strong>of</strong> nail work required. Learners will need to follow written and verbal instructio<br />
and complete relevant paperwork.<br />
Materials needed: Notebook and pen/pencil. Tutor will advise on products and equipment needed at induction.<br />
How will I learn? The course is set in an in<strong>for</strong>mal and friendly environment which provides a relaxed<br />
atmosphere <strong>for</strong> learning. The course provides step-by-step guidance from the tutor<br />
through simple tasks. There will be: group work, 1 on 1 support and discussions,<br />
Assessment & Certification: The course will be assessed continually throughout the sessions. You will learn through<br />
the practical application <strong>of</strong> nail extensions with a gel overlay. You will also complete a logbook<br />
An in-house certificate will be awarded.<br />
