ANNEXURE-VSlNo.Bill of Quantity against Tender No. 27/EDD/LESA/13-14 ,Opened on 03.08.2013Particulars of works1 Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following material from Centralstores Daliganj To J.E's Store and form J.E's stores to work at site.(a) ST Pole 11 mtr..long Nos. 4(b) 250 KVA T/F Nos. 1(C ) XLPE Cable 3x70 sqmm Mtr. 230(d) LT PVC Cable 3.5x400sqmm Mtr. 80(f) Line Marital Qtl 42 Grouting and Plinthing of 11 mter long STP Pole, with brick, ballast,sand and cement. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.3 Fabrication, erection of double pole on 11 Mtr ST pole including allaccessories required such as dropper channel, top channel, S/s baseangle & U type clamps & provision for fixing of 11 KV TPMO & DO Fuseset as per RESSPO specification and direction of E/I. All materialsexcept pole & insulators shall be provided by the contractor.4 Fabrication, erection of LT support on STP pole along with fixing ofnecessary clamps accessories required as per RESSPO specification.Only pole shall be supplied by the deptt.5 Earthing of STP pole by MS earth Rod as per RESSPO Schedule. OnlyGI wire shall be supplied by the department.6 Grouting & Nuzzling of stay set complete including supply and fixing ofnecessary clamps, complete Stay set and other accessories. Allmaterial shall be supplied by the Department.7 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1 mtr. With help of Ist class bricksand masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement &sand coarse ,filling the structurecompletely as per norms with RCC top 1:2:2cement sand coarse stonegrit with ms bar and MS channel for resting transformer.8 Pipe type earthing of T/F and providing GI pipe 1.5 dia (“B” Class) andearthing must be joint by G.I. strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached withnut & bolts and G.I. pipe cap. All material and labor shall be supplied thecontractor.9 Wire mesh fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular ofsize as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wiremess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mesh shall be welded allalong the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to giveextra strength of welding to wire mesh welded on the frame.
