OverviewAmazon Cases and Racks have a unique patenteddesign that offers a tough, lightweight, customisablesystem that can be tailored to the client’s requirementsand individual needs.Rotationally moulded (rotomoulded) using virginpolyethylene, Amazon Cases and Racks are highlyresistant to impact and drop/shock, temperatureextremes and vibration, as well as water and dustingress, and can be modified to include features such asflame retardant, anti-static and low infrared reflectivity.Nitrogen-blown polyethylene foam inserts provideunmatched levels of impact absorbency and supportfor the contents, and the inert nature of the foammeans there is no chance of chemical contaminationor corrosion to the equipment inside (as is possiblewith other foam types).Robust low-profile cam-operated butterfly latchesare securely attached to fully encapsulated steelinserts, allowing ‘no hassle’ in the field replacementif ever required. A silicon gasket ensures dust andwatertight integrity between the lid and the base.For larger cases, recessed wheels can be added toaid manual handling.
