Entry Requirements(a) A recognized University degree in Marketing, Business Admin<strong>is</strong>tration or relatedd<strong>is</strong>ciplines. Good knowledge of vocational training and continuing education,employment services, service scheme, product development or project managementwill definitely be an advantage;(b) At least 15 years’ post-degree working experience, with a minimum of 5 years oflarge scale project and product development and management experience at seniormanagerial level;(c) Profound experience in setting up new system and work flow and in resourcesallocation.
