You willbe responsible to keep us informedof your flight and tour joining details.Should you be arriving before thegroup, please give us your contactnumbers in case of any change.If traveling in advance or extendingyour stay, you may not be bookedon the same airline / hotel with thegroup, in which case you will have tomake your own transfer arrangements.We can arrange your transfers at anadditional cost.Date ChangeAny change of your return journey dateafter departure from India, will attracta ‘Change in Reservation Fee’, payabledirectly to the airline. This fee mayrange from USD 75 to 200 or more perperson. In addition, a class differencemay be applicable in case seats are notavailable in the group class. This can beadvised only at the time of date change.Class of TravelPassengers can upgrade to Business /First Class by paying the differencein the airfare at the time of bookingthe tour.Note:If traveling on your own after the tourends, the responsibility to reconfirmair tickets would be yours.TaxesThe tour price does not include airport,government taxes and fuel charges orany other taxes that may be levied,unless specified otherwise.Arrival / Departure TransfersAs other members of your groupwould be flying from different hubsfrom India, you would be required towait for some time so that they canjoin you at the arrival area as commonairport pick-up facility is provided forthe entire group. Also in view of thecommon airport drop facility providedfor your group, you would be requiredto travel to the airport along with othergroup members even though yourflight time is later than other membersof your group.Things To Carry On TourIn general, carry 4 to 5 pairs of casualclothing like jeans, trousers, shorts,T-shirts, shirts, Punjabi dresses, sarees,swimwear, comfortable walking shoesand a formal attire for occasions like aGala Evening Dinner, Captain’s Dinner,Casino visit. In Europe, you will needto additionally carry thermal wear /warm clothing like woolen sweaters /pullovers, shawls, warm socks, warmjacket, stockings, gloves and a windcheater. Carry some woolen pullovers/ shawls.Baggage InformationPlease travel light as porters are notalways available. Bags with wheels areadvised as you need to carry your bagsat the airports, from /to the coach,hotels, etc. Expect to pay upto Euros2/- per suitcase per way to porters.Your check-in baggage should belocked and clearly labeled for easyidentification both inside and outside.Never accept any parcel / bags fromany strangers / co-passengers. Be alertwhile loading / unloading your luggagelest you be robbed.We recommend an overnight bag withthe bare essentials for the overnightstays in some hotels.Airline Baggage AllowanceEconomy class passengers may carryupto 20 kgs of check-in baggageper person and one piece of handluggage not more than 5 kgs. Excessbaggage payment varies on lowcost airlines and is 1.5% of normal IATAfare on other airlines. Travellers on lowcost carriers are liable to pay for theirluggage as per airline policy.Please note that, airline / baggagepolicies are revised from time to time.Please check with the concerned airline.Hand Baggage / Essential /Personal ItemsYour hand baggage should includetoiletries, sun glasses, extra set ofprescription glasses, torch, umbrella,sweater / shawl, camera / video(batteries to be removed and kept in thecheck-in baggage), film rolls or videocassettes, universal electric plug pin,international roaming cellular phone,SIM card and charger if necessary and aset of clothes. Valuables should not beput in the check-in baggage and shouldbe kept in hand baggage only, along withmedicines with doctor’s prescriptions.Medicines need prescriptions, with adrug generic name listed, as the brandname differs across countries.Note:Airline rules regarding baggage keepchanging. All your baggage will bescreened and possibly hand-searchedas part of the security measures.Travellers may carry limited quantitiesof liquids, gels or pastes in containersnot exceeding 3 oz. or 90 ml. Thecontainers must be carried in a separateclear plastic, zip-top or re-sealable bagthat does not exceed 20cm x 20cm. Atthe airport, the plastic bag must beremoved from the cabin bag and bex-rayed separately.You Are Responsible For YourDocuments And PossessionsAll guests will have to take the riskand responsibility of all their baggage,belongings, currency, valuables,documents and personal effects(collectively 'baggage') at all timesduring the tour, whether during travelon the airline or during your stay inhotel or during travel in coaches, whileon excursions or otherwise.If you forget to carry or if you loseessential travel documents such aspassport, visa, tickets etc., you may becompelled to curtail the tour and youmay have to incur extra expenses, forwhich you alone shall be responsible.Cox & Kings shall not be responsibleor liable for any loss or damage inrespect of your baggage etc. or theircontents whether due to theft, accident,negligence or otherwise; and for anycancellation or curtailment of your tourcompelled by any such loss of baggageetc. and we shall pay no compensationor refund to you;It is advisable that you do not carryvaluables on the tour. However, if youcarry any valuables, we recommendthat you use all available facilities tokeep them secure during your tour.In this regard, some hotels provideSafe Deposit Lockers (which may becharged separately).
