Physically signed BTQ form by the traveler(Only for international travel)f. Signed Photocopy of the first 2 pages and last2 pages of your passport.g. Valid Visa issued by the country of visit.h. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills ofutility services like Telephone Bill, ElectricityBill or Ration Card etc.[If the utility bill that you are providing asproof of address is in the name of some othermember of your family, with whom you areliving and are closely related, then you wouldneed to provide us such utility bill along witha declaration from the person named in suchutility bill stating that you are a relative and arestaying with him / her]NOTE: Please note that respective destination’simmigration can change on – arrival VISAprocedure at any time.ONLINE PAYMENTSAll online payments that happen for any of theproducts booked via www.coxandkings.com siteare secure. <strong>Cox</strong> & <strong>Kings</strong> does not store the creditcard details of any customer in their database orin any data backup system or retrieval systems.Once you are ready to transact you are transferredto the bank site. The card details are captured onthe credit card site and not ours, hence we cannotbe held responsible for any misuse of credit cardwhatsoever.PAYMENT OPTIONSPlease refer to the complete process under ‘Howto Book Online’ and ‘How to Book Offline’.1. Online, you can pay by CREDIT CARD andtransact directly on the site www.coxandkings.com. If part payment has been made by creditcard, the balance payment can be made bycredit card, debit card, netbanking, cheque,demand draft or cash as per the process listedunder ‘How to Book Online’.2. You can pay by CHEQUE / DEMANDDRAFT. The cheque / demand draft has to bedeposited with any of the <strong>Cox</strong> & <strong>Kings</strong> Officesor Franchisees or agents. Once the paymentis cleared, only then will confirmation be doneand the documentation be released. Thecancellation policy will apply if the paymentis not cleared within the specified time. Thecheque / demand draft has to be drawn infavor of “<strong>Cox</strong> & <strong>Kings</strong> Ltd.”3. You can pay your TRAVEL AGENT who wouldpay the Company on your behalf.IMPORTANT: Any payment made to yourtravel agent by you would not constitutepayment to the Company until the same isremitted to the account of the Company andcleared.4. If you are making a CASH PAYMENT aboveRs. 20,000/- you would have to submit a copyof your PAN Card to us and an Income Taxdeclaration.NOTE:• On payment of the booking amount and thedocumentation amount / full payment, you willreceive an acknowledgement for the amountpaid.• For ONLINE bookings, on the website viacredit card, you will be able to view the moniespaid under the ‘View Transaction’ listed on thesite.• You will have to pay all bank charges includingcharges relating to credit card / debit card/ net banking / cheque / demand draft at theapplicable rate in addition to the tour cost.• The Company reserves the right to declineyour booking / s for any Tour or to cancel yourbooking without assigning any reason.• The Non Resident Indians (NRI) and ForeignNationals are required to pay the entire tourcost in applicable foreign currency for therespective tour.• In case of foreign exchange transactions,prevailing rate of exchange on the date of thetransaction would be applicable.BALANCE PAYMENTPlease check your Invoice for the due date ofyour balance payments of the tour cost. Thisbalance payment has to be made 45 days priorto departure date of the tour. If the booking isaccepted within 45 days of the date of departureof the tour, the entire tour cost has to be paidupfront. A delay in payment of your tour cost (partpayment or full payment) can result in a delayin issuing your air tickets, processing your visasand it would be considered as cancellation ofyour booking from your end and result in levy ofthe applicable Cancellation charges as per thecancellation schedule.The Company reserves the right to amend theprices published in this brochure and on thewebsite and to charge accordingly in case ofcurrency fluctuations, increase in cost of fuel,travel arrangements, special / high season chargelevied by the suppliers, hike in any governmenttaxes or any taxes or visa amounts and for anyreason before the date of departure. All suchincreases in price must be paid for in full beforeyour departure.If your booking is not accepted by the company,the amount paid by you towards this bookingwould be refunded by the Company without anyinterest.PROMOTIONS / OFFERS / SCHEMESPlease note that in case of special offers,promotions or schemes additional terms andconditions of these offers, promotions or schemeswill be applicable in addition to these termsand conditions. You will have to adhere to thepayment schedule prescribed under such offers,promotions or schemes in order to be eligible toavail benefits under such offers, promotions orschemes. If you fail to make the payment by thedue date and / or do not comply with all the termsand conditions of the offer, promotion or schemeyou shall not be entitled to receive the benefitunder such offer, promotion or scheme under anycircumstances.SERVICE VOUCHERSFor ‘Duniya Dekho’ all services will be as perthose specified / confirmed and will be paid for asper the Invoices and Service Voucher(s).A Service Voucher(s) is the written confirmation ofyour tour and entitles you to travel on the tour andmust be presented by you to the Tour Manager orService Provider as applicable. You will receive theService Voucher(s) (with your air-tickets and traintickets, if applicable) approximately 2 to 5 daysprior to departure, provided you adhere to the timeschedule of documentation and payments in full.A delay in adhering to the above mentionedtime frame would result in delay in issuing thedocuments for land arrangements, air tickets andarranging the visa/s / permits (if applicable) andmay result in the cancellation of the Tour withapplicable cancellation charges. No services willbe provided if the Service Voucher in original is notin your possession.Important / emergency contact numbers areprinted on the service vouchers and / or thebriefing sheet provided to you.It is the Client’s responsibility to check the ServiceVoucher(s) carefully and to let the concernedstaff at the company’s offices or <strong>Cox</strong> & <strong>Kings</strong>franchisees or PA (Preferred Agents) or the travelagent know immediately in the event of any error.In some cases, the Client would be handed hisinternal flight / train / hotel vouchers by the TourManager / representative of the Company onarrival at his holiday destination.TRAVEL DOCUMENTSIt is entirely your responsibility to hold and carryon tour valid travel documents including yourPassport, which must be valid for a period of atleast six months from the date of travel on the tour<strong>Cox</strong> & <strong>Kings</strong> | Duniya Dekho | Winter 2012 | 87
