Consequent upon his selection to the post of Research/ ReferenceOfficer in the Lok Sabha Secretariat on the basis of written examination held on 8_10 th February, 2002 andpersonal interview held on 27.28 thDecember, 2002, Shri Prasanta Kumar Mallick is relieved of his duties asResearch/ Reference Assistant in this Secretariat with effect from the forenoon of 29 th September, 2003 andthereafter he is appointed to the grade of Research! Reference Officer in the scale of pay ofRs.8000-275-13500in an officiating capacity with effect from the forenoon of 29 th September, 2003, until further orders.2. He will be on probation for a period of one year with effect from 29 th September, 2003 upto 28 thSeptember, 2004.3. His inter-se-seniority in the grade of Research! Reference Officer will be regulated as per the newSeniority Orders which are being finalised and which will be issued in due course with a retrospectiveapplication.4. His lien on the substantive post of Research!
