Pandian) is relieved of his duties witheffect from the afternoon of 19 February, 2003 and thereafter he is appointed as SeniorPrivate Secretary in the scale of pay of Rs. 10000-325-15200 on the personal staff ofChairman, Committee on Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme(Shri P. H. Pandian) with effect from the forenoon of 21,t February, 2003 until furtherorders. The intervening period of one day i.e. 20 th February, 2003 is regularised by grantof winding up period.3. The appointment of Shri R.
