In-kind ContributionsThe 4-H Shooting Sports Program has over 300 active volunteers who are certified to teach shootingsports to youth participants <strong>and</strong> adults. These individuals provide thous<strong>and</strong>s <strong>of</strong> volunteer hours foryouth clubs within the counties <strong>and</strong> also provide support for State events <strong>and</strong> matches. In addition,the 4-H Shooting Sports Program has a core group <strong>of</strong> volunteers who participate on the ShootingSports State Committee, train the trainers for State volunteers, are discipline coordinators <strong>and</strong> conductState <strong>and</strong> regional events <strong>and</strong> matches. This core group contributes hundreds <strong>of</strong> hours <strong>of</strong> time <strong>and</strong>other resources to this program.
