witness such amazing academic, social and emotional growth and she is very lucky to work withthe amazing support of the hard-working staff at the Dunfee School, congratulations to KimPeace. The next teacher represents Barnegat High School, and again we got to play a little surprise onthis teacher. We love when we are able to involve the students in being part of the recognition ofthe teacher. When we walked in this teacher, who is a math teacher, actually had equations onthe board behind her and she was so excited that she was doing what she was supposed to dowhen four or five administrators walked into the room. I had the opportunity to speak to thestudents in her class and to tell them how very important it is with the work that she does everyday in the classroom and that is important that all of our students recognize the work of ourteachers. This particular recipient graduated from Stockton College with a degree in math and a minor incomputer science. She taught as a middle school math teacher in the Buono Regional Schooldistrict for three years and then for the past seven years she has been a math and computerscience teacher at Barnegat High School, congratulations to Traci Sellers. And certainly last but not least, representing the Donahue School, after eight years in theBarnegat School district there are many things that contribute to my enjoyment of working here.I have been afforded the opportunity to work with students in every grade level of elementaryschool and middle school. I spent five years at the Brackman Middle School and the past threeat the Donahue School. Helping children in their developmental years has been very rewarding.Teaching basic skills and K+ is something I absolutely love. When the drama program atDonahue School which has been an unforgettable experience to see the third, fourth and fifthgrade students with no theatre experience get on stage and perform a musical is amazing.Congratulations to Meghan VanderPyl.Staff Member Position Dept/SchoolJanice Papola K Teacher CSCSMeghan VanderPyl BSI Teacher JTDSKim Peace K Teacher LMDSHande Drexler Grade 5 Teacher RLHSTheresa Howanich Science Teacher ROBMSTraci Sellers Mathematics Teacher BHSGladys Callo Bus Driver TransportationChris Kaub Custodian Buildings & GroundsKaren Cavell Secretary ROBMSMs. Wood: We would like to give everyone an opportunity to take some pictures if they would like and ifthere are any family members to come up.
