<strong>Given</strong> <strong>Imaging</strong> <strong>Ltd</strong>. (“<strong>GIVN</strong>”) has announced a Special <strong>Cash</strong> Dividend of $.54 per <strong>GIVN</strong> Common<br />
Share. The record date is February 24, 2009; payable date is March 11, 2009. The ex-distribution<br />
date is February 20, 2009.<br />
Contract Adjustments:<br />
Pursuant to the by-laws of The Options Clearing Corporation ("OCC"), all <strong>Given</strong> <strong>Imaging</strong> <strong>Ltd</strong> options<br />
will be adjusted as follows:<br />
Adjustment Date: Effective with exercises of Friday, February 20, 2009 and thereafter.<br />

book will be cancelled.<br />
Position and Exercise Limits:<br />
The ISE Surveillance Department has determined that position and exercise limits following this cash<br />
distribution, will remain the same.<br />
Unadjusted New Shares:<br />
New <strong>GIVN</strong> series with a contract unit of 100 shares will be introduced after the effective date of the distribution.<br />
Strike prices and expiration months will be announced on a separate release.<br />
Adjusted Exercise Prices:<br />
Effective with the opening of business on Friday, February 20, 2009, trading in <strong>GIVN</strong> series will be on<br />
an adjusted basis. The strike price adjustments below are expected based on the current outstanding series.<br />
Any additional <strong>GIVN</strong> series added prior to the effective date will also be adjusted in the manner outlined below.
