... there seem to be two sets of reactions to the part 2 ofMr Francis’ report. One is ... that it is really profoundlyshocking, and I can absolutely see that. The other is areaction that I’ve had from quite a lot of people within theNHS, which is actually that’s the sort of thing that goeson in virtually all hospitals, and there but for the grace ofGod go we.
