Examplesinclude corporate trust in Canada; fixedincome and mutual fund record-keepingin the UK, India and Australia; tenancydeposits and tax vouchers in the UK; andclass action and bankruptcyadministration in the US.› At last year’s <strong>AGM</strong>, we talked aboutacquisitions in two new business lines:utility back office services in Australia(Serviceworks Group acquired August2011) and loan servicing in the US (SLSacquired November 2011).
