It is <str<strong>on</strong>g>based</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> two cardinal principles of <strong>love</strong> and service, or ino<strong>the</strong>r words selfless service. By r<strong>love</strong>, serve <strong>on</strong>e ano<strong>the</strong>rr, has been <strong>the</strong> sloganof all sages through <strong>the</strong> ages. God io <strong>love</strong> and He <strong>love</strong>s those who <strong>love</strong> His creatures.rrHe prayeth best, who <strong>love</strong>th besü - A1I things both great and small; - For<strong>the</strong> Dear fud, i,rlho <strong>love</strong>th us - He made and <strong>love</strong>th aIl.rrAgain, it is said - rrlle prayet,h well, rulro <strong>love</strong>th well - Both rnan and birdand beast.rrtüe nay take any scripture we like, we find an exhortati<strong>on</strong> in most emphaticterms <strong>on</strong> <strong>love</strong>. Loving and selfless service to humanity is bhe cornerst<strong>on</strong>eof all relj-gious philosophies and no rnan can make any progress <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> spiritua1path w'ithout cultivating <strong>love</strong> rrithin him. The seed of spiri.tuality that <strong>the</strong>Ir'laster so lovingly sows in <strong>the</strong> arid soil of our hearts, has to be nwtured with <strong>the</strong>waters of <strong>love</strong>, if quick results are desired. God Flirrlse1f has declared -trf neitlrer live <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong>high heavens nor <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> earth below, yet <strong>the</strong> w<strong>on</strong>der of w<strong>on</strong>ders is that I live i.:r<strong>the</strong> heart of a Mourin or God-I,fan.rtAgain, spiritual teaching and training is a living and a practical subject,quite different from secular and sectarian dogmas, and sc many creeds that we havetoday. Li-fe, tight and <strong>love</strong> comi-ng from a living i{aster well out sp<strong>on</strong>taneouslyfrom <strong>the</strong> hearü and not from any books <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong>ology. i,lo doubt everybhing has its own'value, but in a rvorld of relativity, <strong>the</strong> values are all relative. But that should not distr.rrb <strong>the</strong> true seekers after Truth. tle must be polite andgenüIe and even humble ln our c<strong>on</strong>duct. Bandying of words does not help' ltre maytry to remove rnisunderstandings if any, sweetly and gently, but not in an antag<strong>on</strong>isticspirit. It is advisea tfrat individual pers<strong>on</strong>s (lncluding repnesentati.ves,group incharges and o<strong>the</strong>r old and new initj-ates) should not enter into any sort ofdiscussi<strong>on</strong>s or disputes with any religious bodies, circles, faiths or sectsr otc'If any such bodies do enter into.such thlngs, <strong>the</strong>y may be directed to refer to fheI4aster for an appropriate reply.
