HISTORY• Before 1988 there were many forms forexpungement which included letters, R-84 forms(FBI Green Disposition Forms), and they arrivedin any fashion.• The Uniform Order of Expungment included achecklist for expungement which included thestatutory provisions. There must be a statestatute to authorize expungement.
