W. Beauregard and Bob Schmidt,our photos were greatly enhanced this month. Thanks to both of you!JULY 4TH FESTIVITIESThe July 4th Party held in lateafternoon of July 4th and sponsored bythe Past Exalted Rulers was outstanding.Yes, we had the usual hot dogs;hamburgers; delicious corn on the coband sodas as usual; however we hadsomething extra special this year. Therewere those covered dish specials madeby specials and they were absolutelydelicious. Thanks to all of those whotook the time to cook their very ownspecial dish.Not only a feast unfolded but laterin the lounge area our Elkette cakeswere displayed and later auctioned offby our very own auctioneer who did aterrific job, PER Bob Gill.In other articles it will be mentionedhow much was taken in as aresult of this auction.Thank you again sincerely to allthose who made this late afternoon sucha very special event. Makes us proud tobe an American and makes us moregrateful for the bounty that we enjoyeach day.
