A decree sets the base to which this percentagewill be applied and the various stages <strong>in</strong> apply<strong>in</strong>g it.<strong>The</strong> basic system covers <strong>costs</strong> for health care services provided by both the public andprivate sectors. Management of the system is handled by a new structure: the NationalHealth Insurance Authority (CNAM).
