The CDE: Reviews, monitors and provides technicalassistance to all LEAs regarding the adoption ofcomplaint UCP policies.Refers each complaint to the LEA for resolutionwhen appropriate.Considers a variety of alternatives to resolveallegations in the appeal when:1.
