We wrap upour fall offerings with The Blind Side, another newrelease based on the inspiring true story of NFLplayer Michael Oher, the family who adoptedhim, and how all their lives were changed. As anurban parish in a city that has struggled with racerelations throughout its history, St. James’s seeksto explore ways to heal the racial divisions thatseparate us. These films offer a great opportunityto continue that exploration and discussion. We’ll meet in the comfortable environs of theYouth Lounge in the basement of the MichauxHouse – the movie will start at 7:00 p.m. anddiscussion will immediately follow.
