Attachment 4<strong>Other</strong> <strong>Program</strong> <strong>Objectives</strong><strong>Definitions</strong>The sample form can be used to describe all other program objectives, not covered by the serviceobjectives. <strong>Definitions</strong> of the terms used on the sample form are listed below.Note: New this year, all programs must submit at least two additional program objectives. Distribute evaluations. Provide services toall students who disclose sexual abuse. Report on activities to DCJS throughquarterly reports.Meet with school administrators and counseling staff in October.Attend PTA meeting in November. Develop curriculum by January. Conductpresentations between February and April. Provide services to victims on anongoing basis as appropriate. Compile pre and post tests and evaluation resultsby May.Ten presentations will be conducted. Pre and post tests of the students will beperformed to measure their awareness of services available to them in thecommunity. Presentation evaluation results will be reviewed to assess impactand to guide future revisions of the curriculum. It is anticipated that approximatelytwenty students will disclose their abuse histories to sexual assault center staff.Staff will provide ongoing services to these victims, as appropriate.
