3.4.2The organisation, in consultation with employees, has determined the number of employee representativesrequired to effectively represent all employee work groups.Effective consultation is achieved when all employees have an opportunity to hear about and raisehealth and safety issues and concerns. This will be simple in a small workplace, but more complex inan organisation where there are a range of employee skill levels, multiple sites, differing operations andhazards.
