Troubleshooting - Electronic IgnitionProblem (Ignition)Possible CauseCheck ProcedurePrevention/SolutionSECTION INo sparks appear atany electrodes whenElectronic IgnitionButton is pressed; nonoise can be heardfrom spark module.• Battery not installedproperly.• Dead battery.• Check battery orientation.• Has battery been usedpreviously?• Install battery (make sure that “+” and “–”connectors are oriented correctly, with “+” end upand “–” end down.)• Replace battery with new AA-size alkaline battery.• Button assembly notinstalled properly.• Check to insure threads areproperly engaged.
