IAASE Illinois Alliance of Administrators of Special Education .A subdivision of the Council of Administrators of Special Education http://www.iaase.org1324 Lantern Lights Circle, Lebanon, IL 62254June 28, 2013Vendor Representatives:As President-Elect of the IAASE, I want to invite vendors who provide services or products to students withspecial needs to be exhibitors at the Illinois Alliance of Administrators of Special Education (IAASE) 15thAnnual Fall Conference. IAASE is a special education administrators’ organization with 1200 members. Thetheme of our two conferences this year will be “Inspiring Leaders, Improving Outcomes, Influencing theFuture” The IAASE Fall Conference date and location is:September 26-27, 2013 – Holiday Inn Conference Center – 18501 South Harlem Avenue - Tinley Park, ILSpecial education directors, supervisors, coordinators and regular education administrators from around thestate of Illinois will be attending this conference. This is an excellent time to share information on your productor services with these administrators.The IAASE Conference Committee has set vendor fees as follows:Exhibitor - $500 per conference• 6’ table and 2 chairs• electricity – if needed• complimentary lunch for 2 company representatives• company name and product/service description printed in the Conference Program• a copy of the Conference ProgramSilver Exhibitor - $700 per conference• Preferential placement of 6’ table and 2 chairs• electricity – if needed• complimentary lunch for 2 company representatives• company name and product/service description printed in the Conference Program• a copy of the Conference Program• Conference Program Guide and giftGold Exhibitor - $1000 per conference• Preferential placement 6’ table and 2 chairs• electricity – if needed• complimentary lunch for 2 representatives• company name and product/service description printed in the Conference Program• a copy of the Conference Program• Conference Program Guide and gift• 2 complimentary non-member registrations (entitles 2 company representatives to attend all Conferencesessions and social hour)

Please note, unless you are a Gold Exhibitor or special event sponsor the vendor fee does not entitle any of yourcompany representatives to attend the conference sessions or social hour. If any of your companyrepresentatives wish to attend the conference sessions or social hour they will be expected to pay the nonmemberper person conference registration fee of $275 per conference. This fee is in addition to the vendor fees.The exhibit areas at the Fall Conference will be open on the first day only of the conference (Thursday) from8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Setup time is scheduled from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on that Thursday.If your company would be interested in providing additional support for IAASE conferences as a special eventsponsor such as sponsorship of the social activities, continental breakfasts, luncheons, program guides, etc.,please contact Norma Gerrish at (618) 622-8800 for additional information. As a sponsor, your company wouldbe recognized in the conference program as a supporter of the event of your choice. You would also receivespecial signage on your booth and your name badge showing you are a supporter of IAASE.If your company would be interested in hosting a hospitality suite at the conferences, please make the necessaryarrangements with the appropriate hotel/conference center. You will be responsible for advertising this event toconference attendees.Please complete the on-line Exhibitor Reservation Form and submit the non-refundable fee by August 1, 2013for the Fall Conference to reserve your exhibit space at the fall conference. When you complete the on-lineregistration process you will receive a registration confirmation email.
