The candidates who have completed all the requirements for theaward of degree and notified by the University w.e.f. 1/1/2010 to 31/12/2010 are eligible toreceive their degree during this convocation either In person or In absentia. The candidates eligiblefor degree should apply in the prescribed form on or before 10/01/2010 along-with prescribedfees.The students who do not receive the prescribed application forms already sent to them bypost are requested to obtain the prescribed form from the office of the Deputy Registrar (Acad.),<strong>Dr</strong>. P.D.K.V., <strong>Akola</strong> or from the university website http://www.pdkv.ac.in. The graduates whodesirous to receive degrees in person in the said convocation should attend the Rehearsal and<strong>Convocation</strong> on 04/02/2011 at 10.00 hrs and 05/02/2011 at 9.30 hrs respectively, and they shallreceive the costumes of their respective degrees, from the Booth in-charge on 04 th February 2011at 9.00 hrs.Registrar

All entries should be recorded correctly.2. Information such as examination passed, CGPA, Division, Name, Enrolment Number, Name of College,Year of passing etc. be given correctly (As per Grade Card).3. Fees for obtaining degree in person at <strong>Convocation</strong> is Rs.350/- and Degree in absentia (by Post) isRs.500/-.4. Fees will be accepted in cash in the office of Dy. Registrar (Acad.), <strong>Dr</strong>.P.D.K.V.,<strong>Akola</strong> during 11.00A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on all working days or by Bank <strong>Dr</strong>aft of State Bank of India payable at <strong>Akola</strong> infavour of Assistant Registrar (GAD), <strong>Dr</strong>.P.D.K.V., <strong>Akola</strong>. The purpose & complete address shouldbe given on the reverse of the same.5. The applicant must give address for correspondence correctly on which degree certificate in absentiawill be provided.6. Incomplete application and received after the due date for degree in person shall not be considered andno correspondence there on shall be entertained.7. Attested Xerox copy of Grade Card/Transcript must be attached to this application.IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS1. The Candidate will have to report at University Head Quarter one day earlier convocation day forreceiving the Gown And Hood as well as for attending rehearsal at 15.00 hrs., which is compulsory.2. Candidate not reporting one day in advance for collecting Gown and Hood, will not be considered forconferring the degree in convocation.3. The candidate will have to enter the <strong>Convocation</strong> pendal half an hour before starting of academicprocession.4. Late comer will have to obtain the degree in absentia.5. The Certificate of Degree conferred in this convocation will be delivered in person during <strong>Convocation</strong>.6. The Certificate of Degree conferred in the <strong>Convocation</strong> shall also be delivered in person to the candidate(but not with his messenger) in the office of Depuaty Registrar (Acad.), <strong>Dr</strong>.P.D.K.V., <strong>Akola</strong> within amonth after <strong>Convocation</strong> is over or sent by Registered post on the address of the candidate given in theapplication form. Thereafter on payment of difference of Rs.150/-7. There will be no emergency booth to issue Gown & Hood on the day of <strong>Convocation</strong>. The rehearsal iscompulsory.8. 25 th <strong>Convocation</strong> is to be held on 5 th February, 2011.9.
