Rules of Practice of the Hamilton County Juvenile CourtAny parent who transports the child shall have a valid driver’s license, roadworthy vehicle,insurance required by the laws of Ohio, and car seats required by the laws of Ohio.School ReleasesThe residential parent shall arrange for the appropriate school officials to release any and allinformation concerning the child to the non-residential parent.MedicalThe residential parent shall authorize the release of any and all medical information and/orrecords concerning the child to the non-residential parent. In the event that a parent seeksmedical attention by a physician, the parent shall promptly notify the other parent. Electivesurgery shall be performed only after consultation with the non-residential parent.AddressesEach parent shall keep the other parent notified of any change in address and/or telephonenumber. Each parent will keep the other parent notified of the location of child if not inHamilton County.
