The organizer will prefer earlypreliminary entries.REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATIONThe registration for Referees, Judges, Teams, Accredited Coaches and Team Managers/-Leaders will take place atthe ice rink Eissporthalle Suedpark (address above) on Saturday, March 24, 2011 starting at 10:00 am (see timeschedule).MUSICAll teams shall provide their competition music of excellent quality, on Compact Disk or as MP3 on USB-Stick oradvanced as E-Mail. All CD’s or USB-Sticks must be properly inserted in their original container and be clearlyidentified with the name of the team and must show the exact running time of the music (not skating time).The organizer will prefer the music on MP3-file sent to info@NSK-Neuss.de via mail not later than march 13. 2013.WARM UPDuring the competition, there will be a shuttle bus to transport the teams to the warm up gym (5 minutes transfertime by bus). The transportation will be scheduled for each team according to the starting order (see timeschedule).PRACTICE ICEEach team will be allocated a twelve (12) minutes practice session for free program. The official practice will starton Saturday, March 23, 2013, at appr. 7:00 am to 1:00 pm (see time schedule). Additional practice time can not beprovided at March 23.STARTING ORDERThe starting order will be determined by draw, in alphabetical order of countries. The draw will be made by theTeam-Volunteer about 10 days advanced.OPENING CEREMONYAt the Opening Ceremony, each team is requested to participate with all skaters. All members of all the participating teams will receive a souvenir.CLOSING CEREMONY – PODIUMSAll participants must be present on ice for the announcement of the result and for the prize awarding ceremony.All participants must be part of the closing ceremony and follow the organization decided by the OrganizationCommittee.ORGANIZATIONThe organization of the competition is the responsibility of the NSK. It reserves the right to take any measuresnecessary to ensure that the competition runs smoothly.All decisions concerning such measures will be taken with the agreement of the Referee.LIABILITYIn accordance with ISU Rule 119, the Organizer accepts no liability for injury or damage sustained by competitorsor officials. The Organizer will not provide participant insurance coverage for the event.
