Stadium District – Design Standards6 Noise Mitigation.1 Overviewreful planning has gone into reducing the possibility of noise impact to therrounding areas. The location of the Stadium Parcel was chosen to maximizedistance from the nearest neighborhoods, and the decision was made to addnopy roof structure to possibly help reduce noise emanating from the stadiumper. In addition to this, the following measures will be implemented uponening of the stadium to facilitate open communication with the surroundingidents and help mitigate the possibility of noise impact from the stadium.


Stadium District – Design Standards) Noise Level / Monitoringund levels shall be manually monitored during concerts at four agreed uponations to gather information so that future modifications to the sound system camade if necessary. Sound levels at these locations, and locations from whichecific complaints are made, shall be recorded at each concert event, so thatnsitive receptor sites can be identified, monitored, and improved


Stadium District – Design Standards) Hotlineotline shall be established that will allow residents to call directly andmediately during events with complaints. The hotline number will be publishedthe residents through neighborhood meetings or direct mailings to theighborhoods immediately surrounding the stadium. All hotline calls andmplaints shall be investigated and recorded so that areas which generatequent complaints can be tracked and monitored during future events, so thatdifications can be made as needed. Investigations shall include sound leveldings of the specific complaint area, including, if necessary, sound leveldings at complainant residence, which will be tracked and monitored for future


Stadium District – Design Standards) Neighborhood Meetingsannual neighborhood meetings will be held at the beginning of each concertason to discuss concerns and communication measures, and at the end of eacncert season to discuss specific problems and identify mitigation means for thelowing season. Neighborhood meetings will be advertised through directilings to the neighborhoods immediately surrounding the stadium.
