<strong>PAF3OF</strong> <strong>Course</strong> Description:This course is designed to help students develop a personalized approach to activeand healthy living. Students will be introduced to basic anatomy, the relationship betweenhealthy eating and performance, and continuing an active lifestyle, and a positive selfimage.Students will understand common terminology associated with fitness training, avariety of related training techniques, and a common base to build and developpersonalized and advanced training programs. Through daily fitness activities and training,students will develop discipline, commitment, and the opportunity to improve and maintaintheir health and fitness goals.FITNESS COURSE OBJECTIVES:1. Demonstrate understanding of the major components of fitness, and trainingtechniques.2. Demonstrate personal fitness improvement.3. Demonstrate a general understanding of muscular and skeletal anatomy.4. Demonstrate knowledge of guidelines and strategies that enhance safety andparticipation.5.
