Aspects to be considered include whether the workersperform tasks that are similar in nature to those of employees, whether the worker was previouslyor subsequently hired as an employee of the principal and whether the services the workerprovides are a core service or activity for the principal’s business i.e. would the business be able tooperate without the service of the worker ?
