Its compact, low-profile design makes it the perfect edge device for decoding digitallydistributed content at the hub.This versatile performer decodes up to six standard definition MPEG-2 video services tobaseband, each with dual balanced stereo audio. For architectures requiring decoding of morethan six services, several <strong>CP</strong> <strong>7600</strong>APs can be cascaded together, each decoding differentchannels from the same ASI source. In a Gigabit Ethernet environment, the source contentcan be distributed to multiple <strong>CP</strong> <strong>7600</strong>Gs using an external Gigabit Ethernet switch.
