The ground floor is given over to a largeliving cum dining area with three distinct but essentially open-plan areas, one withan open fireplace, sofas and armchairs, one with a dining table and another sittingarea with television. Off this living area is a guest bathroom and a very large,extremely stylish and professionally equipped kitchen with another large diningtable. Up a spiral staircase to the first floor, where there are the three doublebedrooms, each with bathroom (one of which is not en-suite but adjacent). Twobedrooms overlook the front garden area and share a wide balcony covered inbougainvillea and jasmine. They are accessed through a common sitting area andboth have ensuite bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom has a private,furnished terrace with a view over the back and side garden areas. Its bathroom isnext door and has a wonderful tiled sunken bath with hand shower. All bedroomshave air-conditioning and two can comfortably host a third bed to become a triple ifrequested. The house can also be accessed via the kitchen or through a side door thatleads directly to the first floor.The Dependences: to the side of the of the main house and around the gardens to therear there are several dependences accommodating six air-conditioned double rooms,each with its own bathroom (with shower) and private terrace area. Two of the threeto the side have interconnecting doors, making them ideal for families with children.While these rooms are less luxurious than the accommodation in the main house,they are well designed, newly restored, comfortably furnished and welcoming.Outside:Villa Farli is set in a large expanse of beautifully-kept, lawned garden featuring awide variety of fragrant and colourful Mediterranean flowers, plants and trees. In onecorner of the garden is a magnificent pool.
