Parent Information Booklet 2012 - 13MandarinChildren in Years 1 and 2 have Mandarin lessons three times per week for 45 minutes eachlesson. In Year 1 the class stays together, whereas in Year 2 the children are split into one ofthree Pathways to cater for the different levels of understanding. Children in Years 3 to 6have daily Mandarin lessons.MusicAll classes have one lesson per week taken by Scott Gibson.PEYear 1 and 2 classes have two PE sessions per week taken by Tim Teahan.PMPAll children in Years 1 and 2 will have two 45 minutes sessions a week taken by Ms. SkyeEvers. The class teacher and EAs should attend both of these sessions. A few children fromother year groups will receive PMP sessions at other times in the week. You will be notifiedby Belinda McLaughlin if any of your children will be included.ICTAll classes receive one ICT lesson per week with Mr Chad Pheasant.26
