Turn right into parking lot,and EMS will enter the field through the right field g<strong>at</strong>e (southwestcorner <strong>of</strong> field).• From West Campbell Road into main campuso Enter campus <strong>at</strong> <strong>University</strong> Parkway, and continue down to the circledrive.o Follow the circle drive around, and use access road <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> it to gotowards parking lot J.o Prior to entering parking lot J, there is an access drive on the left th<strong>at</strong>runs along the west side <strong>of</strong> the s<strong>of</strong>tball/baseball fields th<strong>at</strong> EMS mayuse to get down to the field.VENUE CONCERNS:• Note times <strong>of</strong> practice and competition compared to oper<strong>at</strong>ing hours <strong>of</strong> theUTD Activity Building (AB) for landline use.• Communic<strong>at</strong>ion is very importance due to the inability <strong>of</strong> the AthleticTraining Staff to cover all practices.• If the medical <strong>emergency</strong> is going to require the ambulance to physicallydrive onto the field, it must enter via the preferred entrance as st<strong>at</strong>ed above.

On map below it is loc<strong>at</strong>ed <strong>at</strong> H6-H7.• From W<strong>at</strong>erview Parkway:o Enter campus <strong>at</strong> Drive A, continue heading east until the ActivityBuilding is reached.o There is a small pull-<strong>of</strong>f area loc<strong>at</strong>ed <strong>at</strong> the north entrance <strong>of</strong> thebuilding where EMS may use to park and enter the building.Basketball/Volleyball court will be loc<strong>at</strong>ed on the right upon entering.• From West Campbell Road:o Enter campus <strong>at</strong> <strong>University</strong> Parkway, and continue down to the circledrive.o Follow the circle drive around, and use access road <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> it to enterparking lot J.o Enter the building <strong>at</strong> the far south doors loc<strong>at</strong>ed just left <strong>of</strong> theconstruction area.o Come into the building and go right to the basketball/volleyball court.


VENUE CONCERNS:• It is possible the construction may inhibit the south entrance to the building. If this occurs, EMS shouldenter through the north entrance <strong>of</strong> the building th<strong>at</strong> faces Drive A.
