Contractor performance will beevaluated in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) included as AttachmentJ.3.(b) The QASP deines that this evaluation and acceptance will become part of the annual ContractorPerformance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
