Calves (1998). 18a 6 8'500 (€ 7'140)1862: Re-Impression of 1853 1 franc carmine, a fine mint example of rich colour and withlarge margins on all sides, fresh and very fine with large part original gum. Slightest ofscuffs in top margin mentioned for full accuracy only and not noted on certificate, a splendidand scarce stamp. Cert Roumet (2007) Yvert = € 1'600. FR. No. 2 datestamp (June 19) in black (Salles fig. 881) and carried on Paquebot"Ebre". Taxed on arrival in Patras for internal delivery with 1862/67 5 lepta green ongreenish (4) and single 20 l. blue cancelled by '9' lozenge of dots. Reverse with Piraeus andPatras cds's.
