NOSTRADAMUS 201218Toulouse.He soon moved to Agen, married into a wealthy family and sired a boy and girl. However, in 1538 tragedy struck with such brutal intensity that the young doctor’sspiritual and mental serenity was forever changed. In that year, the plague returnedto Agen carrying off his young family. Fell stars it seems had him summoned toToulouse to face the Inquisition for making chance remarks about an inept bronzecaster’s statue of the Virgin Mary that he joked looked more like the bronze cast ofa demon. It is a future history of the world, told in enigmatic quatrains, incorporating a polyglot smattering of French, Latin, Italian, Hebrew, Arabic, andGreek. His carefully crafted cryptic and nebulous writing style has caught interpretersof prophecy in his cleverly set intellectual traps, generation after generation to this
