Group, MMOB 9 service organization, andchoir.Luke Levenson ’09 played football andlacrosse for <strong>Episcopal</strong> High <strong>School</strong> duringhis freshman and sophomore years. Hewas elected as Council Prefect for hissophomore year, and was elected to serveagain his junior year. Luke served as anacolyte and is also active in Young Life.Ivan Morris ’09 attends Houston ChristianHigh <strong>School</strong>. Ivan played varsity footballand lacrosse as a sophomore and wassecond team All-District linebacker. Overthe summer, Ivan was recruited to playtournament lacrosse with Dallas Selectteam in Denver; Dallas; Chapel Hill, NorthCarolina; and Rhode Island.Abby Porter ’09 attends <strong>Episcopal</strong> High<strong>School</strong>. She is very active on the yearbookand won the Most Promising Yearbook<strong>St</strong>aff Member Award. She also won MostImproved on the softball team. Abbycontinues to be an honor student and willserve as president of her class this year.Edie Powers ’09 attends The Kinkaid<strong>School</strong>. She recently traveled to Lima,Peru, for a three-week home stay; performedin the Kinkaid musical Fiddler onthe Roof; and played varsity softball.Abigail Roberts ’09 is a junior at <strong>Episcopal</strong>High <strong>School</strong>. This past year she playedon the varsity field hockey, soccer, andsoftball teams. She is active as a memberof the Leadership Council for SUMMIT(Chapelwood United Methodist Church’smission trip) and as the first Vice Presidentof the Bayou Villages Chapter of NationalCharity League. She also attended CampMystic for her ninth summer.Cliff Roberts ’09 plays football for <strong>Episcopal</strong>High <strong>School</strong>. His freshman year, heplayed wide receiver and safety. He isenjoying high school and is doing well inhis classes.Lee Roberts ’09 attends <strong>Episcopal</strong> High<strong>School</strong>. He played freshman basketballand pitched for the freshman and juniorvarsity baseball teams. Lee is doing well inhis classes and is enjoying high school.Madison Whittington ’09 attends <strong>Episcopal</strong>High <strong>School</strong>. She continues to enjoymusic and the arts. This past summer, shetraveled to Italy with EHS’s Art Tour Group.She participated in the 2011 SketchbookProject and contributes to three photographyblogs. Madison was accepted intoHonors English and attended the BardCollege at Simon’s Rock Young WritersWorkshop this past summer.Kathryn Williams ’09 is a junior at <strong>Episcopal</strong>High <strong>School</strong>, where she plays volleyballand tennis and participates in SOS.Nazie Amjadi ’10 loves The Kinkaid<strong>School</strong> and is excelling academicallythere. She serves as an ad editor for theKinkaidian and is a leader in the SpecialOlympics program. Nazie plays fieldhockey for her school; she also plays soccerand lacrosse for club teams.Anna Bailey ’10 is a varsity cheerleaderat <strong>Episcopal</strong> High <strong>School</strong>. She also is aSophomore Prefect on <strong>St</strong>udent Council,serves on the Admission Council, is amember of <strong>St</strong>udents for Service, andplays softball.Halle Butler ’10 attends <strong>St</strong>. Agnes Academy.She made the varsity softball teamand, as the starting pitcher, led her teamto a second-place finish in the TAPPS 5A<strong>St</strong>ate Championship. She was named tothe TAPPS 5A All-<strong>St</strong>ate Tournament Team,All-District Team, and All-<strong>St</strong>ate SecondTeam. She also made the High Honorshonor roll.Catherine Clay ’10 attends <strong>St</strong>. AgnesAcademy. During her freshman year,Catherine served on <strong>St</strong>udent Counciland played volleyball and junior varsitylacrosse.JoJo Diesel ’10 attends The Hotchkiss<strong>School</strong>. She recently went to Nicaragua ona service and immersion trip, where shewas able to enjoy the country’s beauty,but she also served by visiting schoolsand orphanages and building roofs onhouses. At Hotchkiss, JoJo participates inthe Invisible Children, Gospel Choir, andGlobal Awareness clubs, and she alsoplays varsity soccer and track and field.David Tate Foor ’10 is serving as theJunior Class President at The Kinkaid<strong>School</strong>. He is also co-captain of thevarsity swim team. David Tate recently ranhis fifth neighborhood drive to provide aThanksgiving dinner for the firemen andfamilies of Houston Fire <strong>St</strong>ation 69. Heappeared on a radio talk show to discussthis project.Eddie Gaudier ’10 is enjoying living inthe Texas Hill Country. He was a TAPPSAcademic Champion, placed fifth in theTAPPS district in social studies, and letteredin track. Eddie attends Our Lady ofthe Hills High <strong>School</strong> in Kerrville, Texas.Abigail Henningsen ’10 is a varsity cheerleaderat <strong>Episcopal</strong> High <strong>School</strong>. Shealso runs track, is very involved with thevisual arts, and is a member of <strong>St</strong>udentsfor Service.Kaitlin Karcher ’10 loves <strong>St</strong>. AgnesAcademy. As a freshman, she received theEnglish Award for Ninth Grade and a SilverMedal for the National Spanish Exam, allwhile making the Highest Honors roll. Kaitlinacted in the fall play, Romeo and Juliet,and the spring musical, Zombie Prom.She is also on the varsity and competitiondance teams.Joshua Kassab ’10 attends The Kinkaid<strong>School</strong>, where his favorite subjectscontinue to be science and math. Overthe summer, he attended a science campthrough the Duke TIP program. He studiedastronomy, physics, and astrobiology atthe PARI Observatory in North Carolina.Marisol Leiva ’10 is a sophomore at <strong>St</strong>.Agnes Academy, where she is active in<strong>St</strong>udent Council as a delegate. She wasselected by her biology teacher to attenda summer medical camp—National YouthLeadership Forum in Boston. Marisolmade the <strong>St</strong>. Thomas High <strong>School</strong> Cheerleadingsquad and is still dancing. Shewon three scholarships for dancing intensivesand monetary prizes for her solo.Madison McAdams ’10 is attendingChatham Hall boarding school in beautifulChatham, Virginia. She started for thevarsity field hockey team last fall andmade All Conference after playing in theconference championships. Madison hasmade friends from all over the world and isreally enjoying her experience.Maddie McIntyre ’10 is a varsity cheerleaderat <strong>Episcopal</strong> High <strong>School</strong>. Shemanaged the boys JV1 and JV2 baseballteams and also danced in the springdance concert. She is involved in SOS, ArtClub, and Troop for Troops.Cole Medrano ’09 attends <strong>St</strong>rake JesuitCollege Preparatory, where he is an honorstudent and was recently inducted intothe National Honor Society. Cole playedjunior varsity football, varsity wrestling,and lacrosse. He is also a member of theJuggling Club and the Key Club.Caroline Mizel ’10 is an honor studentat <strong>Episcopal</strong> High <strong>School</strong>. She made thevarsity volleyball team last season as afreshman.Ryan Ogilive ’10 attends <strong>St</strong>rake JesuitCollege Preparatory. He is in the <strong>St</strong>rake/<strong>St</strong>. Agnes choir, on the wresting team, andin the engineering club.
